SBDCs

SBDCs Small Business Development Centers are at the top of my list for any small business looking for training, or one-one-one assistance. They’re funded with both federal (SBA -Small Business Administration) and state business development budgets, which means that they have a great deal of knowledge about national programs as well as awareness and access to local resources.

SBDC advisors can help with any aspect of starting or running a business but different advisors have different strengths so make sure to take time to describe what stage you’re at and what you need to the person who takes your call.   They’ll match you up with the appropriate advisor and might even suggest training or other resources.
